CHURCH WITHOUT A BIBLE?
People go to church services today without a Bible in their hand. Why? They do not need it. The preacher does not preach from it anymore. The Sunday school teacher uses pre-planned lessons from a booklet. Some churches imply to their people that only the minister or priest is qualified to understand the Bible.
The folks at our church bring their Bibles because they know the preacher and Sunday school teacher will be preaching or teaching from it. The Bible says, “…faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” Romans 10:17. Why not get your Bible and bring it to church? You might end up understanding it and by faith become a real Christian. See you in church.
