CHURCH MEMBER: ARE YOU SAVED?
Many who have gone to their own church for years have never even been asked by their own minister if they are saved. Often church members are not aware that the word “saved” is even in the Bible. Here is a short list of some verses in the Bible where this word is found. Check them out. Mark 16:16; John 3:17; Acts 16:30,31; Romans 10:13; Ephesians 2:8; I Timothy 2:4; Titus 3:5. To be saved means to trust Jesus Christ as your Savior from your sin, so you know you are going to heaven and not to hell. When were you saved? Just being a church member is not salvation. You need to go to a church where, among other things, the minister preaches about being saved. It is most important.
