CAN WRONG EVER BE RIGHT?
The idea that it is okay to do wrong that good may come of it permeates our society. Examples: State run lotteries to support the aged and schools; gambling is the sin of covetousness whether it is Bingo at church or the “innocent” Super Bowl pool at work. Abortion upon demand to control population or act as a birth control device; murder is never a solution to anything. Designated Driver Programs and State Liquor Stores to support alcoholic drinking and drunkenness. Whatever happened to “Just say NO” to drinking? Alcoholism and broken homes continue still as a result of drinking. The Bible says, “The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23). Dear Reader, why not acknowledge that wrong or sin can never be right and repent and trust Jesus Christ as the only one who can right the wrong in your life and replace death with everlasting life? Come to church.
